Thanks for making the Isles post-season contenders.

Boston had to do it, most everyone knew it was coming. For the B's to get the return they did is outstanding. Solid move for both teams involved...even if it sucks to lose him.

My question now is if they move Kelly if a good offer exists........the locker room seems pretty miserable and down right now and Kelly is a HUGE leader in the room from everything I've seen and heard.

Hey Ty, what are the odds Warsofsky gets through waivers? Also, are they revocable like in baseball or if someone picks him he's gone? I would hate to lose talent like his on a waiver claim.

I've said it all summer, but again, I'll be shocked if they move Kelly. He's a much bigger part of that team than most seem to realize. Only way he's moved is if they start out absolutely dreadful and PC wants to send another message.

If he gets claimed he's claimed, but I don't know if it gets that far. Ideally, he's moved via trade, but the waiver wire tells me that the market for him wasn't as big as originally thought. I would've wagered on the Isles putting an claim in before they acquired Boychuk/Leddy given their recent rash of blue-line injuries, but even so, Matt Donovan is already there as that guy. I can't think of an instant fit.

Not immediately. He wants to see how this current team performs before making another move. PC has interest in possibly leveraging the picks into a trade at the deadline.

I still think Kelly will net 20 goals this year and have 30 assist.....Very key in the faceoff dot as well. He isnt going anywhere
